I this one of them dash sticker things.

It does in fact stick on, I'm not aware of any actual replacement parts in brushed aluminum available for the Maxima.

However, it is actual laser cut brushed aluminum panels, not the vinyl "looks like aluminum" stickers.

so u cant remove them?

You can remove them, although if you install it properly they should stick pretty well so it wouldn't be easy.

so these pieces are already curved and conformed to fit perfectly? no bending required?
