Need A Belt Tensioner. Really Badly

I have a very annoying problem. My belt is non stop screeching. it get worse when i turn on the heat or turn my sound system up. I am fairly certain it is the tensioner. Please help me. i need one quick

Why not tighten the belts prior to buying and installing a new tensioner?

i do need one... it rusted so bad that when tensioning it broke. I need it to stop the screeching

You can probably just replace the threaded portion and bolt.

Did you loosen the pulley prior to tightening the belt?
