what condition is it in? are there any nicks or discoloration? anything worth mentioning? right now my shifter is in PERFECT condition, but i would like a black one. but im not about to switch them if im downgrading in quality...
also, how difficult is it gonna be to switch them? am i going to have to remove the console?

I am pretty sure it is mint, or close to it. It does not come with the button, but you can take your current one and spray it black....no big deal.
To change the ****, i believe it is just two screws in the back of it. You might have to remove the shifter trim but it is not a very involved job.
