I know with so many 5 speed swaps someone is likely to have a perfect usless tc laying around

do they last? like idk im sketchy but i think mine is done and im not sure how many miles its got. supposibly 90k minus. the problem im having is like usualy when i start the car in the morning (cold starts). I put the car in D and it acts like its in neutral, I tap the gas and itll move then about 5-10 minutes later ill put it in D and it moves like its supposed to. Its like having a 5 speed now that i think about it just no clutch peddle lol. you think that could be low fluid or something i think ive been checking it wrong, sorry im lazy typing im mad tired.
