I've got a spare chrome Midpipe laying around with a 4th gen MAF. I custom made a 3.5" MAF out of it. I have not tried it yet but will soon to make sure it works. I can part out each asking $40+shipping for the pipe and $100+shipping for the 3.5" MAF (given that its fully functional).
