WTB: 6000k/9000k 1998 headlights

What exactly r u looking for? HID kit? New headlights completly? R34's on e-bay are cool, but the light output is way worse then stock. Id buy a 4300k HID kit in your position. Just make sure you aim ur lights low so u dont blind oncoming traffic. The better option here is projectors but thats a lot more involved.
There plenty of HID kit vendors selling these kits in the Group Deals / Sponsors Forum... tho to my understanding all HID kit in cars that dont come with them from the factory are illegal? Would check into that first.
