Speedo Cluster $50 Read Carefully sold

This cluster is visualyl operational, but it makes the CEL come on. The code it gives is P0500. That comes a VSS failure. Basically the speedo is working. The MPH, gas, temp and Rmp needles move as the should. The problem is that the cluster doesnt not send a signal to the car about the speed the cars mph. I failed my inspection here in NY because of that. Im just trying to get back some of what i paid for a new one.

 

Bumper Lights

These are sold in sets only. The ambers are a mix of oem and aftermarket pieces. Some sets include screws bulbs and the white plastic pieces(dont know what to call it).
