instead of bumping my 5 month old WTB thread, i figured i would just start a new one....

this is a 1997 GLE with pearl exterior and beige/tan interior.


it came with an airbag that somehow is discoloring much faster than the rest of the interior. it almost seems as if its a black 97 airbag that has been poorly repainted in a vain effort to match it to the rest of the console.


ive seen quite a few 95-96 airbags at the junkyard and for sale on here, but no 97s.

im still not even sure what years will fit my 97 (someone in Miami said 95-96 will fit all years, which i know is wrong - then someone in Jupiter said he had a 98 beige passenger side airbag, but said it wont fit a 97....)



so, if you have a beige 97 passenger side airbag, please feel free to quote me a ridiculously high price so i can spend the next week debating whether or not to spend two paychecks to buy a better looking version of something i already have.

and a T-50 tamper-proof TORX bit, i will need one of those as well.
