Water pump... oh my gosh, that's gonna be a nightmare to get out. $22 shipped. Pump is 220,000 miles (original). No problems, symptoms. Quiet, efficient, no rust or scales in cooling system. Seems indestructible.

Idler/Tensioner Pulley 3months old: $13. I got it with 1yr warranty, which's still in effect.
