This is the official for sale thread.

For detailed info see this thread: http://forums.maxima.org/4th-generat...cs-inside.html

Cliff Notes:

I am now using NEW control arms with an after market ball joint and energy suspension poly-urethane bushings installed. They are now available in Black powder coating or truck bed liner--your choice!

The castle nut and retaining pin are included. I highly recommend getting a new nut for the lateral link--this is not included and available from the dealer.

Pics fo the "gen 1" control amrs. These are the refurbs, not the new. but you get the idea:

These go for $179 each. You will need 2 if doing your whole car.

No more core charges! THis will save you cash in return shipping!

I am located in Akron, Ohio. Shipping is actual shipping cost, UPS. PM me here is best way to reach me.

****in a man this is cheaper than paying a shop to put in the ES bushings...

if these are actual OEM parts and not ebay parts, i will take a pair

it will be about 2 weeks before my paypal account gets unlocked due to a fradulent charge.

at that time i will paypal you $276 right?

then when i get my old LCAs off, i will ship them back to you and you will refund 78 dollars via paypal?

Yes, they are OEM. Let me know when your paypal is all sorted out. Of course, you can pay with old skool check or money order, too.

WOO....BUMP BUMP BUMP
Just got my set in the mail today, I paid for them two days ago! They came in a nice big box and looked very comfy (lots of computer paper ***** (wooo! free paper!)). They look great and so far looks very professional. I am very pleased with it all so far.

This is a bump for a great honest seller. Now I just need to get these bad boys installed so I can send in my old ones.

Bump for a great man. I ordered mine and got them in today. They look amazing. Cant wait to install them! Thanks again man, this is the kind of stuff we need to see more of in the max community.

Just as a side note, I think USPS tracking is totally unnecessary. Its absolutely pointless. I checked it last night and it didnt even say that the box had been shipped yet! Haha. Although its a 'comfort' factor, still its almost pointless and costs you/the buyer more. But keep up the good work man!

I can turn around a set of LCA's in about a day. I am waiting for those that bought them from me to return their old parts so I can do another batch.

On monday (tomorrow) I will start contacting some local yards to get some more LCA cores. That seems to be the bottleneck right now, or I could have done about 5 more cars in the last week.

So, by Sept 5th I will probably have some ready to go.

Still interested. For those that have done this, how difficult is it to do for someone who is pretty mechanically inclined, but has never done this before? Any other special tools required? How long would it take?

If you have a jack, jack stands (safety first!) and a breaker bar, I think you can swing it. The ball joint separator will help save your sanity too.

I'm down too. Sounds doable. I figured getting the axle nut off would be the biggest challenge, given that I don't have air tools. I'll just hope the breaker bar will get it loose.
