Do you have that piece under the bumper that covers the alternator, and keeps it from getting wet? I was told that it's called a splashguard, but im not sure.

yeah its called the splash shield, black plastic underneath which prevents any engine bay pats from being soaked with water. and you can pick it up if you like.
