what does one need to get fogs into a 97 GLE?

I know the bulbs/lenses are required, duh, also relay. Does GLE come pre-wired already? Also, how does it work for switch...is that part of the stalk or its own button/switch? I might be interested in the switch/stalk/whatever maybe to 98296 if I get this GLE over the weekend
