WTB: Black leather armrest, shiftknob, shifter trim

Looking to buy a black leather armrest, shiftknob for a 5-sp and shifter trim for a 5 speed. Im in so cal. Let me know if anyone has any or all of these parts and how much shipped to 91605.

What year max? The 95-96 armrest are different then the 97-99s.

99. i kinda like the stock look, so something close to it would be nice.
