Looks like around $15, just because of the size of the box.

Seems crazy, you can get a brand new one on eBay for $30, including shipping! I don't know how they can do that. I replaced mine with the ebay grill, and it was pretty good match, though it didn't have the circle in the middle of the grill.

I saw your PM, I'll get some more photos of the messed up light this weekend.

Basically, I pulled the headlight apart using the oven method, then I cut out parts of the low-beam reflector to install a projector. The high beam and corner are untouched, but it is not usable as is at all. If you are doing a retro though, it would be a good way to pick up cheap starting headlights.

If anyone is interested, I also have two halogen projectors:

these are halogen, so they don't require balasts or HID bulbs, and will wire directly into your existing harness. They are much better than Halogen reflectors, but obviously not as bright as HID projectors. They are in great shape, and both bulbs worked when tested about a year ago.

I'll sell the projectors for $50, shipped, OBO.

So with the projectors and headlights and some elbow grease and creative shroud construction, you could have a projector retro going for less than $200.
