These bushings are to replace the squishy and non-rotating OEM rubber pieces in the small link that locates our rear beam suspension.
This upgrade will allow the suspension to travel smoothly up and down, with almost zero deflection side-to-side. The bushings are made from a self-lubricating Delrin with 7075 Aluminum sleeves.

I've been using it for a while and it makes the rear end feel more precise, without increasing noise or harshness at all. Several others that are already using them have said the same thing.
More info can be found in this thread: http://forums.maxima.org/advanced-su...axle-beam.html

Pic comparing the OEM to upgraded.

Got a few of these directly from the manufacturer, so they are packaged up and ready to ship. Just helping the move parts so they can develop more stuff for us!
Price is only $55 shipped anywhere in the US. PM me for any other info.

Thanks!

I'll pm you about these, but what about the outside bushing? Should we buy a new complete link ***'y,
or are there #'s for the outside bushings in delrin?

Which outside bushing? These are for the center link that allows the most slop.
The small bushing on the large link where it attaches to the chassis is too small to replace since it doesn't have an outer sleeve. It turns in two directions anyways, so would require a spherical bearing.
The large bushing on the other end doesn't need to be replaced since it just controls up and down movement of the large link relative to the beam.

Is this still going on, Speedy? Is the shop still offering to install them fo' free if you pay the extra shipping?

Could I drive my car while waiting for the center link to be returned, or does the rear beam without SR linkage result in disaster..?

Quote: What the hell happened to this guy? I've paid him for the front and rear bushings like 2 months ago and still haven't received them!

Anyone else having this issue?
Responded to your PM a while ago, sorry if it didn't go through. Offered a refund for anyone that didn't want to wait for shipping.
I generally ship these the same day an order is received, but right now all I can do is wait for the manufacturer to have them ready.

Thanks!

Please keep all questions to PM's. Your refund was already sent as you chose to not wait for the parts a couple of months ago.

Cheers!

Yes, but not sure if 4g link is same as your car. If you send the link, I can have the manufacturer make a set and press them in for you.

HI! May I know if these bushings can fit the QT link in a Sentra B14? If it fits, can you give me a quote for a set ship to Malaysia?

These bushings are just for the stock link, but many people have sent me their QT links and the manufacturer has made custom bushings and sleeves.

What is the advantage of putting these in the QT link? If there is a reasonable advantage count me in.

Btw, did you ever send a 5g link to prototype the bushings?
