00VI For Sale - Bolt Up - Everything Included!
I'm selling my 00VI set-up, all bolt on ready to go, shouldn't need any additional parts.
What's Included:
Upper manifold:
Good working power valve.
All the vacuum nipples are intact.
I have the clip/harness that attaches to the valve solenoid for easy wiring to RPM switch
All the needed hoses and tubing are included including the modified hoses I had used. They are all black factory type molded hoses and factory clamps in most cases.
Even have the stock 5th gen PVC hose, installation looks factory.
Custom aluminum bracket for attaching the 4th gen throttle cable bracket.
Custom aluminum adapters for the throttle body and IAC valve. Places TB in stock location so you don't need to modify any intake plumbing.
Stainless steel allen head bolts to bolt to lower manifold.
5th gen back side mounting brackets to support the rear of the manifold, I used them to take the bending load off upper to lower manifold bolts.
4th Gen Lower Manifold - Redrilled
Since it's a 4th gen lower, you can reuse your existing injectors and not disturb the fuel ratio or mess with injectors. (I had 300Z injectors, hence this design)
Manifold was aluminum welded and retapped for 5th gen upper, port matched perfectly
Has the hardware for the fuel rail and the injector isolators included.
Other Items
5th Gen rear valve cover with standoffs welded on to use stock 4th gen coils, I had to shave off the end of the coils a bit to fit in, and one bolt holds the coil like the 5th gen set-up.
EGR adapter tube, so the EGR can function normally.
Summit RPM switch to operate the power valve
I can include any pictures or information of how I had it set-up on my car, Mine was a 99, so earlier models may require some slight differences in vacuum routing if the EVAP is different.
The only things I can think you'll need is:
new gaskets if you want for the lower manifold to block.
I lengthened two wires, think one was for the IAC, and one for the EVAP solenoid, but would have to look back and see if I could figure out which ones it was, would be obvious when you hook up. takes 5 minutes maybe.
I have a 5th gen lower manifold also that came with upper if someone wanted it with the deal
Looking to get $400 for the set-up. I will ship, shoot me your zip and I'll get you an estimate. If someone in the Midwest is interested I'd drive up to 150 miles or so to meet, at some point it becomes pointless with gas at $3.50 a gallon. I'm in the Appleton / Green Bay area of Wisconsin.

In case you need further motivation, here's what happened when I put this on my car. I was S/C, but will do similar for N/A. Gained power everywhere!

Blue is with this manifold, Red is stock manifold. Otherwise completely stock Stillen kit.
