I suggest everyone beware!!!

In about an hour when tested it I called him back to get the money back or work something out...just for him to do the right thing and he said sale was final...and was AS IS...though he didn't state it in on here or the NYCMaximas thread he created

smh

You willing bought the radio and when you asked if it worked I told you what the situation was. Not my fault you didn't test it before you buy it, and it wasn't a hour later. Ive done plenty of good business with people and your the only one that has something negative to say when it is on you. You went based off what the guy told me, I told you I never used it and the moment it leaves my area I have no control of it, how do I know you didn't damage it which I experienced in the past. This is private selling, I did nothing wrong I told you what I know about the radio and you bought it anyway.

I asked you if you had the USB cable to which you said and that you bought it from someone else...at this stage is YOUR sale, you never stated it was "AS IS" not all sales on forums are "AS IS" unless you clearly state it is

I've been on here for years and co-founded NYCMaximas...why da hell would I lie...what do I have to gain!?!? Funny how all your feedback on here you where the buyer not the seller...

I asked you to do the right thing and all you said was sale was final etc...

You needed that cash bad I see...all good thats why you're not a member on NYCMaximas...wonder how much longer you have on this forum and others like nicoclub and b20vtec...

Okay I've been selling stuff not only on here and everyone test everything before they buy it. Sell lots of iPhones car parts miscleanous stuff etc and never had any negative opinion. I could post pics of the text messages to prove it. I'm not gona argue back and forth, I told you it was based off what the guy told me and I never used it so I don't know and you bought it anyway knowing that. You took that risk and I can show I not once mention that it did or did not work cause that would of been a lie cause I bought it used last year summer and never used it.

Out of your whole statement the funniest thing is this:

So its safe to "assume" that those coilovers that you're "SELLING" may not be working because you didn't mention that they work right?!?

You're a funny guy...I've bought and sold from all over the US on this forum and online and I have never heard of that...

When someone isn't sure of the condition they always mentioned it that its being sold "AS IS" you never did that till I told you I wanted my money back

All good though, we'll see how far things like this get you...see you around kid

That's some messed up stuff. People like him are the reason I don't too much like buying stuff of online forums.

They are always in a hurry to make money and will sell you anything working or not and say it works. I saw this on NYC and after he got banned their it showed up on this Forum smdh.

You guys can say what you want. How can you judge, if you don't know the story. I asked several of my friends and family if I was wrong and they all said the same thing. You bought it with the understanding that I didn't know if it worked or not and was from wat was said by the previous owner. If you didn't test it and look at it to make sure everything was good before you buy it is on you and once you give me the money and drive off with it, it is now your responsibility cause who knows what coulda happen to it.

See that's just my POINT! There was no "understanding" if it worked or not...

I asked you about the usb cable you said the radio and the harness is all the guy you bought it from gave you and you never installed it because your car was stolen...even on your first post here you never stated "AS IS" or mentioned that "you're not sure if it works", had you done that I wouldn't have bought it or wasted my time or MONEY...

worse yet I had told you it was a mother's gift from my cousin to my aunt to install as a surprise for her you could've said then and there "Not sure if works!" but you didn't...

Been a member on here since 2003, never have I had a transaction like this...for now, I'll take the $160 lost...but sooner or later though..

My point is if someone bought it and you had to ship it what would you have said then?!? They should have tested it. As a seller you are the reason people don't buy from online sellers that have to ship stuff, because you will say anything to get a couple dollars. If someone was to have bought the radio from you and you had to ship it, they would have been assed out.

All in all this **** is ****ed up, but people like you always get what's coming to them.
Good luck with your sales and in life.
