Is that cutout the correct length to replace the cat on a 4th gen?

im 99% sure its the same length as cat but i will confirm later on and the black goo on the guages is like playdoo glue easily comes off i just to have ceifero rings on them but took them off and the cut out comes with the switch, wiring lots of it and block off plate

That speedo is for a 95-96. 97-99 use a digital cluster.
