98-99 unit but doesn't have the AMB button that 99's would have.
Would work great to do a led project on.
Face has been painted before,lens has scratches and some buttons are wore. The illumination bulbs are probably burn out as well.
All the buttons and lcd work and everything functions as it's suppose to.

so these wouldnt work with my 97 harness? i have seen the mod to do the ambient temp and wouldnt mind grabbing this and doing a led on it.

No will only work for a 98-99 with ACC.

Yes the 99 unit would work in a 98. There the same unit just with the added AMB button. The 98 units have the switch just no button.
