Have a full set of 97-99 fog lights with brackets and bolts and I actually also have the plastic cover piece that covers the front facing bolts for the drivers side fog light ONLY.

This set up has no rust at all and all bolts and brackets are like new. Both brackets have the plastic piece so that t lights 'lock' into place and both fog lights have metal piece that inserts into those plastic pieces so they are extra secured.

The fog light lens' are in awesome condition.. no cracks whatsoever or no leaks for moisture. I did test both fog light bulbs and they are both indeed burnt out.
