I can get you pics of the inserts, no problem.. just need to give me until probably tomorrow night. (at work now, lots of work to do tonight) As for how to remove.. are you talking about the door panels in full, or just how to remove the inserts?

 

How are the inserts installed and removed? Is there a trick to it or do you remove door panel and do it from the underside?

the inserts are prettym simple to remove, iirc on my 96 you remove the door panel itself, then flip it over,and there was i believe "tabs" folded over you stick them all straight up and gently pry off the old insert install is reverse of removal obviously, about 10-15 per door
