The parts are to arrive tomorrow, but I don't have a tracking number because my brother has to track down the receipt. I have responded to each of this buyer's repeated contacts, and have kept him informed of the circumstances.

To recap for everyone keeping score at home, the buyer posted in this thread because he did not get a tracking number within 72 hours of payment. The parts were shipped within 48 hours of payment, despite the fact that he paid over the weekend. I informed the buyer when the parts were shipped.

I was not able to provide the tracking numbers immediately because I am 3000 miles away from the parts and, accordingly, had to have my brother take care of the shipping.

My brother does not carry shipping receipts on him at all times, so he was not able to immediately provide the tracking number when I requested it. As I indicated in my earlier post, he had to track down the receipt. He did so as soon as he was able.

In any event, the buyer is scheduled to receive his parts (which include sideskirts -- items not easy to ship) on Thursday, after paying on Sunday.

As I stated earlier, sellers beware.

 

As I said earlier SELLER is a GOOD DUDE jus lacks communication skills... why should "seller beware"?? I pay in full...money is far from an issue...maybe u shouldn't try 2 handle biz frm 2600 miles away...honestly if I dealt wit ur bro I think it woulda went smoother...any way sorry 4 tha troubles...thx agn

 

Seller beware is due to your unreasonable expectations. I communicated with you every day since payment. That is good communication. No more should be expected.

 

I'll have to get back to you on that -- it's fairly pricey to ship these sorts of things because they usually trigger the $50 oversize charge. Can you pick it up in Virginia? It should be about a 45 minute drive w/o traffic.
