I've got a 97 automatic with 00vi, 4th gen fuel system and ypipe-back 2.5" exhaust, trying to see if i can get a JWT ECU on here before i just shell out full price on a new one.

no you don't, you want to go over to the 4th gen section and get on board for the MS3 ecu.

Well being that there is not set price yet, could be 600 could be 900 thats a big gamble to take. There is also no set time frame as when it would be available. Could be 1 month, could be 12 months. That interest thread alone has been going on for months as it is.
Not to mention time and money needed to tune it once it arrives, not everyone is comfortable tuning themselves.
