The unicorn (4th Gen Max Gen 1 Stillen Y-pipe):





The stripes on the tubing are from where it used to be thermal wrapped. The flex tube at the back was replaced (SS piece, far better than the Stillen mild steel flex that leaks). Note that every weld was reinforced or replaced. Stillen's welding, well sucks. These Y-pipes were prone to cracking at the welds and especially between where the 2 tubes rub together. I had the entire section seal welded to eliminate the cracking issues. Stillen stopped making these due to so many warranty claims due to cracks. Instead they replaced this with the piece of junk 2-piece unequal length Y-pipe that made little performance gains. Hence why this one was welded up instead of replaced. Back when I had a supercharger on the car I dynoed the against the Warpspeed and 2nd Gen Stillen (unequal length with the removable front pipe) and lost over 5 hp at the wheels with the other Y-pipes over this one. Hence why this is now the "unicorn" today.

I don't think it will fit a 5th gen due the 5th gen using different headers

LOL @ "unicorn", i have one too, sitting in my basement for a while now. Infact, just today i was thinking of doing some overtime to have it installed. Not FS btw.
