1996 Nissan Maxima GXE 139 K

Drove home park on the road. Since over two months have been struggling to start it.
Down to the bare bones. Change Starter, bypass electrical/Alarm .Apply direct 12 volts to start solenoid. Engine does not turn. ONLY CLICK!
Trouble-shooting : turn engine pulley by hand: why eliminate seizure.
Spy camera to watch fly-wheel during hand-turning: why. CAM is not cut.

So everything is spinning. Change 2 starters, had them both and OEM test at AutoZone PASSED.

Call two expert Mechanical engineers from Craig LIST/ NO Show!
I love this car, WIFEY wants me to get rid of it. But I prefer it over the other cars.

Alright, so I jumped the park/neutral connector and it worked, it turned on. So, does that mean the inhibitor relay is good or bad? What should I do next? Again, thank you very much pmohr for your help. I really appreciate it.
The relay is fine. Your park/neutral position switch is most likely out of adjustment.
