give the car some time to adjust to it, the ecu has to adjust it's curve

Yea, there's a way to reset your ecu. Do a search on it. People have write ups on this.

The quickest way to reset the ECU is through the ECU itself. Detach the panel next to the gas pedal. You'll see a place to stick in a flathead screwdriver. Follow the instructions written on there, and you can reset it just like that.

I hope I can get my FrankenCar midpipe tomorrow...

Ditto, I just installed mine today, but I think also I need a new airfilter my current one is dirty and it's not a K&N so I don't think you can clean it......I tried to get as much dust off of it as I could. But I think I'm going to get a new one this week..

Re: First day review of Frankencar intake!!!

i just installed my intake tonight after work. all i can say is that it sounds mean! if you punch it, it roars. you don't have to wait until 7k rpm to feel or hear it. enjoy all that haven't installed it yet! easy install, and i am not too mechanically inclined.
