I have read threads that recommend OEM NGK plugs and Nissan oil filters. However, are aftermarket (i.e. Fram) fuel filters and PCV's okay to use? My 60K is coming up and I'm starting to pick up the parts for replacement.

the NGK spark plugs is what you wanna use for oil filter use Amsoil/Baldwin or moble 1 fuel filter go with one for a 300zx its bigger and is "supposed" to last a little longer
