does anybody know how to make it so your fog lights turn on when you switch your park lights on (before headlights)?

I have a 97 maxima and wired it so the fog lights can be turned on independently. I ran a power wire to the fog lights and then i put in a seperate switch (right below the steering wheel). that's all you need to do because it's already grounded. You could tap off the parking lights, but i wouldn't suggest it because it may be to much of a load and you could never turn them off when the lights are on.
