Headlights

I'm interested in changing the bulbs in my headlights and those other lights that attach next to the headlights. I call them the turning headlights because they seem to light up to full power (like your headlights when using you blinker. How many bulbs and what size go in each? Thanks.....

The side markers (next to your headlights) use 1157 bulbs.
The headlights use 9004 bulbs.

Eurolight makes great bulbs
Sylvania Silver Visions are nice and clean
Phillips Blue Visions are pretty good
PIAA is over priced for what you get

And there are a ton of over wattage 80/100 HID imitation bule crap out there.
Take your pick.

YES - both the 9004 bulb and the 1157 have 2 filiments.
9004 for headlights has high and low beam filiments.
1157 has 2 filiments also.

So then I would need to buy 2 pairs of 9004s and 1154s? correct? For a total of two bulbs per headlight, as well as two bulbs per side markers. Can you set some links to some website? Nopi seems to carry only the 9004s not the 1154s and I want them to match.....btw is it legas to use anything other than amber on the turn signal? You've been of great help, thanks!

NO

You would need to buy one pair of 9004 and one pair of 1157 bulbs.
For each light, or each side of the car, there is only one bulb within which 2 filaments are contained.

Therefore, there is no reason to buy two pairs of each bulb unless you feel like you need spares lying around.

Custommaxima has Polarg sidemarker bulbs.
