Indiglo gauge?...Where to hook up power?

I know, I know, this may have been asked a thousand times...but the search is just too extensive. Where do you tap the power from the indiglos to? I heard of the dimmer switch, but there are two 12V POWER leads going to it...one for the "logo" and one for the parking light circuit. I believe one has more voltage than the other, right? Well, I just wanted to know which one of these wires is the correct one so that I don't burn/short circuit the indiglos. I have a '95 with wire colors of blue/yellow, red/yellow, and black (ground, of course) going to the dimmer. Thanks!

Nevermind. Actually, I tried two things, fusing the gauges in line with whatever 12v source I was testing.....one was with "true" ignition and the other with 12v constant. Eventhough, they are both 12v positive, sometimes the 12v constant has a lower voltage (voltage regulator) for whatever source it is hooked up to.. Since both of them worked being that the true ignition worked also, it doesn't really matter. But, I always fuse any type of mod inline at the source just in case it would short out, protecting the line in question.
