Do i need a wheel alignment right away if i put new wheels/tires on my car from stock? I'm plannin' to get new rims.. pickin' up rims and he would put them on for me too.. i was jus wonderin' if i need a wheel alignment right away down there... or if i can drive like an hour with the new wheels on..

Unless you feel your alignment is currently off, there is really no need to get an alignment with your new wheels/tires.

Changing wheels/tires does NOT affect alignment.

If you think you need an alignment, then you should get it to avoid uneven wear on the new tires. I would recommend that you get the alignment with the old wheels/tires still on the car. The reason for this is that it is very easy to get scratches on the edge of your new rims from the alignment tips.
