I can recommend to you what I added to my car 3 years ago: *Suspension Techniques* Springs and *Tokico* Struts. These springs lowered my car about 1.4". They are not so stiff that I feel every bump. They did not lower the car so much that I had camber problems. The Tokico struts are firm enough to dampen the springs. Without the struts, I would bounce, bounce, bounce all over the road. After 3 years, I have no sagging springs, the struts are holding up well, and I am very happy with them. As far as price, you should shop around. I forget what I paid, but it *was* 3 years ago! I got mine at NTB... I also had my tires and wheels done at the same time. Wow! What a HUGE difference in grip and braking. Don't foget to do an alignment... Add a rear sway bar and a front strut tower brace, and you'll have a real slot car.Originally posted by tunedup

if you get lowering springs you will also need to get new struts because the stock struts cannot handle the drop,on which ones to get there are many different options/opinions on what to get and the size of your wallet matters too, look around,
Springs-Eibach,Intrax,Progress,stuts-koni,kyb,tokico,try-tirerack.com,lightningmotorsports.com,stillen.com, or just look at everyones sig and see what they have and ask them. I have Progress Technology springs I got them from lightningmotorsports.com for $180.00 with free S&H,I still have the stock struts I could not wait to get it dropped but I am getting new struts around income tax time next year,go ahead and save yourself some time and money when you install them get the struts at the same time it will be easier, you only want/need about 1.5"-1.75" which is what eveyone mostly have on there cars as for as drop is concerned
