ordered my frankencar intake!!!!

after hearing everbody who has the intake boast about it and say positive things about it,i decided to order one last nite.....i was deciding on weather to buy the CAI or the frankencar....i decided the frankencar from what i hear does the same numbers the CAI does and its nearly $100 cheaper.....i just ordered mine....does anyone who has one know how long it'll take me to actually get it???

OK this may be a bit stupid..but. What is the big deal with the frankencar intake compared to say a regular upper pipe with the same cone. Is there somethign else to this setup? Please explain. Thanks.

no different. just that you don't need to make the pipe, find all the parts, and the powder coating look.

That's what I figured. My uncle is a machinist, so I have access to all the tools to make it and the materials. Think I'm going ot take some time off work to test several types of pipe. I wonder if the cost is low if I should sell them, especially since I'm in Canada I'm sure it would work out to be beyond low for you US residents. With the american dollar always being stronger than ours. I'll look into this for sure.

that's what it's all about. Just keep modifying designs more and more, and eventually we'll have the most cost-efficient and perfectly structured piece!
