midpipe with pop OR CAI

midpipe with pop OR CAI
I have a stillen popcharger i want to get my low end back what should i do add a mid pipe or change to CAI. I want the look of CAI however if a midpipe gives me the same performance i guess i'll go with the midpipe. which is louder?? help i can't make up my mind
