3rd gen wheels

will 3rd gen wheels fit on a 4th gen? is it the same? is there any clearance problems? any help is appreciated. thanks

As far as the GXE standard alloys from the 3rd gen, yes, they'll fit, no clearance problems. I've seen a bunch of people in South Florida doing this. I haven't seen anyone switch out their wheels with the 3rd gen SE wheels, but I'm sure they would fit - there's no change in the offset etc. between GXE and SE. Why would you want to switch to those though? If you don't like your wheels on a 4th gen, try and get the 97-99 SE wheels instead. They're bigger and look better with the car IMHO.

here are the sizes
GXE - 15X6
SE - 15X6.5
