which suspension parts to replace

which suspension parts to replace

im going to put some maxspeeds on my car and i would like ti know which parts(numbers) on these diagrams would you guys recomend changing, i have looked it up, buy i cant figure out what part is what. car has 47K miles, and i need to know for both the front and rear

It really depends on how many miles and what condition your suspension is in. I bought strut bearings, polyurethane sleeves and rubber seats to replace but found out the only thing that needed replacing were the poly sleeves. You can reuse most of the parts. A lot of people recommend replacing the strut bearings but with 88k mine were still in excellent shape.

Holy suspension replacement!! Dude, you basically have a completely new suspension. Might as well just mount the spring to that assembly and do a strut swap right out of the car. Shouldn't take you more then 1.5 hours to install it once you've already assembled it.

All of my stock stuff was pretty much shot after 7.5 years, so I just decided to replace it all. The only parts I didn't replace were the small metal bound bumper covers in the rear and the upper spring seats in the front.

Oh, I forgot to mention that those parts are for my 1995 GLE, some of the parts may vary from yours, but they should be the same for the most part.
