Well maybe not exactly mid life, but I hit 50K mark at lunch time today.

Thanks to some input for you fellow orgy members I ordered the Stillen X-Drilled & Plated rotors as well as the Metal Axxis pads for all four corners! Caliper paint is sitting in my office as well. Max is gonna look so good at 50!

Some info regarding Stillen:
Really nice customer service department! The guy I spoke to (Shawn)answered all my questions very well. He offered some suggestions on pads, SS lines ect. Told him what my driving style was and we decided that the whole package really wasn't necessary for me. When it came down to pricing there was plenty of room for negeotiating as well. Needless to say, everything was in stock and the price was right too. Overall I'm very happy that I gave them a call.

Stay tuned for pics of the installation.

50k is mid-life? That's when I got my car! Then again as soon as it was in my possession I gave it a set of Racing Harts... just a little more time and it had a host of accessories.

But there's nothing better to do for a car than that which you and I love to do - keepin' it spotless!

What color caliper paint did you get? and if you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up paying for the rotors & pads?

Jeez, I hit 153k miles today, and I thought my car was just past mid-life. My goal: 300k miles. Anybody get there yet? I don't see it as impossible with the quality in these things . . .
