What is the biggest shot of nos that you can run on a vq30de engine without retarding the timing with a dry system.

Depends on how concerned you are about your engine. I wouldn't recommend higher than 100 dry but if you have the bucks for a new engine go for it.
I am running a 125 wet and it is wheel HP too not Crank like NOS is, so you can go higher.

The biggest thing against going over 100 HP dry is the fuel pressure. Its almost maxed at 100 HP (85 psi) so anything higher you are taking the chance of locking your injectors.
