At any spped, although mostly at higher speeds, I hear this low rubling noise coming from the rear of the car. Any ideas what it could be, some peole have thought maybe its the rear struts or the wheel alignment is off. Any ideas?

p.s. I ordered a frankencar intake on July 26th, but havent receivied it, and today is the 6th of August, is this normal?
