Optimizing for HP

Since I just bought a used '98, I am going to be taking it in for cleanup.

How many of you recommend cleaning the engine, replacing the fuel-filter (necessary?), doing an engine flush, and cleaning the throttle body?

well, you can replace the fuel filter and clean the throttle botty for less then $20

changing out all your major fluid would not hurt. and i always have a clean engine bay.. ..claen engine bay
