well in my 99 the passenger seat is a manul seat but. there is a wire harness already ran from factory for dual poer seats.

just look underneath your passenger seat you have ron right now
there sould be a wire harness that is just hanging there serving no purpose

if there is then you are good to go. just disconnect the harness from your non power seat. remove the seat and the new seat sould have a place to plug that harness into. plug it in and it sould work.

hope this helps

Other than splicing the wires from the driver side, is their any other way to do this? I have black leather seats now but I dont have power for the passenger side.
