exhaust setup help

I need a perfect setup of intake,b-pipe, and muffler for the best sound under 95db and no constant drone for a 1999 max. I have been looking at other posts but no1 has a setup similar to mine. Plz help me construct a good sounding, not too loud, and no constant drone exhaust. Price is really important.thanks

Intake Choices: Stillen
Frankencar
JWT

B-pipe: Warpspeed aluminized
Courtesy Nissan
Anything else you suggest

Muffler: Powertech
Magnaflow
Any suggestions

lower than 95db is ok just not over because I live in cali and I live in a quiet neighborhood. I DO NOT want to get harassed by the police.

Well, the "perfect" sound is such a subjective thing. I mean try and describe what Middle C (on a musical scale) sounds like.

Short of posting wave files, we will never know what tone you like and don't like.
