repainted bumper does match any help?

ok now i just had my rear bumper repainted today and the paint is the same color, but much more shiny than the rest of the car. will it dull at all when the paint settles or will it stay like that? could it just be that my car is dirty and that is spotless?? btw, the color is pebble beige, any help would be appreciated. thanx.

Honestly, all i can think of is to Buff it. Just like if you would buff your car, just buff the bumper. That might shed it down a bit.

The only way to fix that is to shine up the whole car. It's too risky to try and wear the shine off, you could go too far and remove the clearcoat. Just give the whole car a complete wash, polish, and wax.

Give it some time, the new paint will calm down in a month or so. Right now just polish the rest of your car to make it shine just as much as your freshly painted bumper.
