Would anyone be interested in a reverse mounted camera kit?
I have a friend who can bring these in for me but I need to order a lot and wanted to guage the interest in this product.
It's a rear mounted camera kit that automatically turns on when you put your car into reverse. i assume that you could also have it on all the time too, it would just be a matter of wiring a switch into the turn on lead.
It also comes with a small lcd screen that mounts to the side of your rear view mirror. the lcd also has additional inputs for other sources like dvd, etc.
depending on shipping costs, it would probably run around $400/kit.
I know this sounds vague, but as I get more details about this kit I will pass it on to you guys, but for now I am just trying to get a feel for the demand of this product.

I'd agree with BBaker025 too.
To spend $400 for a camera setup where the screen is dedicated for rearview camera only? I'm planning on putting in a TV tuner w/ multiple inputs (one of it being for a rearview camera) so I'd be interested in a rear-view camera only. Not right now though, no LCD yet
What I'd like is a rearview camera that would fit under the 4th gen spoiler or somewhere else where it won't stick out like an eyesore.
