labor on changing a clutch

How long should it take a dealer to change a 1998 maxima clutch? they are telling me 6 hours which seems like 3 times as long as it should.

The problem is they charge you a set labor rate. If the book says the job takes six hours, and it only takes them 3, guess what you get charged for???
