Metal On Metal Sound

Metal On Metal Sound
Ok, so a couple days ago, I went out to my car at school and drove it down the hill. As I was driving it down the hill, I heard squeaking. I thought it was my brakes. I pulled onto a side street and checked, it wasn't the breaks. At the time, it was making a metal on metal squealing, even scraping, sound when I turned the wheels while rolling forward. I turned them to the left completely, and to the right completely looking if I could see anything.
Nope. But now it just does it if I turn the wheels left more than say 25-30 degrees while moving forward (not back). Not sure what it could be. I heard CV Boot and Strut Bearing as possibilities.
The only thing that's been done to the car lately is an oil change at Jiffy Lube (I know, I know). The result of which was this:
and closer...
That tube is oily to the touch and slightly leaking onto the driveway. It doesn't look like it's connected right.
Any insights?

That tube isn't a tube. It's the wires for your oil pressure sensor. The sensor needs to be replaced and your leak will stop.
The other noise your hearing is probably the shield in back of your brake rotor rubbing against the rotor. You can just bend it back into place.
