Transmission Trouble?

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this. I drive a 99 maxima ES automatic with 76000 KM on it and whenever I take my foot off the gas there is a shock in the drive line. Also when diving up an incline the car vibrates to varying degrees depending on how gas I am giving the car. This happens in any gear. The wierd thing is that it is not a constant vib. but seems to pulsate on and off. Any ideas?

The check engine light has never lit up. One other thing I forgot to mention is that first thing in the morning when the car is cold, when I first put it into gear, I hear a wining sound until the car starts to move after taking my foot off the brake

How about this problem. I was changing the Y-pipe and I saw some tranny oil just sittin there under my car. It looks like a leak but its just a wet oily spot. So far, I havent seen any on the floor where I park. I heard that on Honduh's, if there is too much tranny fluid, it just dumps it out when your driving. Could that be the case with my car?

I check my tranny fluid per the owners manual this morning and everything checks out, right up to the full mark.
