KYB AGX Adjusting

KYB AGX Adjusting
Just purchased the KYB adjustables w/ Eibachs for my 97 MAX Se and I was wondering what would be the best setting?
Also, I see where most people say that they can adjust their rears without jacking the car up. How? The dials actually face the outside of the car behind the rotors. I can't even see what they're set on without taking off the wheels. Were mine installed improperly or something?

The settings on mine are 4 for the back and 2 for the front.

The rear struts can be mounted with the dials facing in either direction. Does not matter as far as how the struts function.
It's just easier to adjust the settings if the dials are facing towards the center of the car. You don't have to remove the wheels or jack up the rear end.
