Yeah, do a search. I don't have the thread saved but the title of it was "To everyone who told me painting my seats couldn't be done". Theres a few pics there as well.

One thing I do reccomend though is if you are gonna do it, do it now while the weather is still warm and you can leave your windows down. I did mine in early april when it was still kinda cool and I had to chose between freezing my *** off as I drove, or get high off the paint smell.

Okay I remember that but I thought you had painted the dashboard. I think that is what 95nissanMax was thinking about too... but I'm not sure.

I Did It

Yup I dyed mine flat black, everything is good on it except my door panels. The Dash is perfect, but the door panels didn't want to hold the dye as well, make sure you get all the armor all off with a super cleaner, or the stuff won't stick. I used a Dupont brand dye with a spray gun, her's a pic, or check my homepage for close-ups

It was done at a friends shop, the dye cost like $50? I think, but I've used a vinyl spray paint to touch up. and I don't know about the seats, I left mine beige to match the panel in the door.

i was thinking of doing this to my tan interior

but
I do not want to ruin the interior, I rather have it tan than a black color that will be scratching off easily and rub off and fade with time....
