strut installation

I have never installed struts. How difficult is it to do? I know I have to compress the springs, mark the springs locations and align (I can do the alignment).

Should I purchase a chiltons manual?

Thanks
Frank

YES - Chiltons or Haynes

Also, you need good tools. A 3/8" socket drive WILL NOT help you with suspension installations. Chances are you'll need a 1/2" drive big breaker bar to crack the lower bolts lose. Use only 6 point sockets or you'll just round off the bolt heads.
